We accept Paypal online, checks and money orders by mail. Using Paypal you can even pay by check electronically. You can order online, by mail or you can fax your order to us.
Is it safe to order by credit card online?
We use Global Payments processing services for Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You can also use Paypal to pay from your Paypal account or to pay using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover or online check. When you go the the payment processing pages you are using a secure site, as noted in your browser window, the web address starts with "https." Instead of using plain text , your data is encrypted using a version of the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) or Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocols, protecting your information. We do not store your credit card numbers: When you enter your billing information, the credit card processor gives us an immediate response letting us know if it was accepted or not. They do not show us your credit card number. Because we do not store your credit card number you will have to enter it each time you order. We do this to provide you extra protection and privacy. This transaction is actually safer for our customers than using credit cards at a restaurant or any other establishment where the credit card is out of your possession while the waiter or clerk processes your transaction. On credit card orders received by mail or fax, we process your order and immediaetly shred the document as required by law.

What if I want to pay by check or money order?
Just fill out and mail the mail order form to us. The MAILORDER link on the main page will take you there. You may also pay by online check through Paypal.
Can I fax my order?
You can print the fax order form then make your selections and fax the order to us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 901-737-5854. For security reasons we urge you to use care to enter the correct phone number so your credit card information is not sent to someone else. Double check the phone number you enter into your fax machine before hitting the SEND button!
Can I pick my order up?
No. All items are available by mailorder only. We do not have a retail outlet.
When will my order ship?
Orders are usually shipped the same day or the following business day after receipt.
How are orders shipped?
You may choose among several options offered by USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
How is my order packaged?
We use a variety of packaging including padded envelopes and stay-flat envelopes, corregated mailers and boxes. There is no indication of the nature of the contents and the return address is that of "21st Century Classics". ("So your mamanems don't know" that you bought Shirley Q Liquor CDs)
When should I expect to receive my CD order?
First class mail usually takes 3-5 days. Priority mail usually takes 2-3 days. These times may be extended during peak mailing times or when there are holidays falling within the transit time. UPS and FedEx transit times depend on the type of service you select.
Who do I contact if I have questions about my order?
You can check the status of your order on the main page by clicking on the MY ACCOUNT/ORDER STATUS link at the top of the page. We will respond as soon as possible, but no later than 24 hours after your email is received.
What is the difference in the CDs in jewel cases and paper sleeves?
We offer CDs in jewel cases with cover artwork and tray cards with the track listings, and in paper sleeves without cover artwork. The tracks are printed on the face of the CD. Paper sleeved CDs are packaged in a paper CD evelope with a clear window. There is less packaging expense on paper-sleeved CDs and the savings are passed on to our customers.
