For a more personalized experience, there is a place for you to give Shirley some information about the person being called. After completing the form you will be directed to the checkout page.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

The service provided is a phone call with or without specified messages delivered (or reasonably attempted to deliver) to the client as determined by the purchaser of the service. Your order placement is confirmation that you have read and agreed to these terms.You understand and agree that the Service is provided "AS-IS" and that Shirley Q Liquor or 21st Century Classics assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery, errors or omissions.In consideration of your use of the service, you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as needed to for us to provide this service.

If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or we we have the right to refuse any and all current or future use of the service (or any portion thereof). The information you provide will be used for the purposes of delivering the service ordered. The information will not be shared with any third parties, and will not be used for any other purposes. You understand that all information transmitted as a result of the ordering process is the sole responsibility of the person from which such content originated.

You understand that by using this service, you or the client (the person the call is purchased for) may be exposed to content that some may consider is offensive, indecent or objectionable. Under no circumstances will Shirley Q Liquor or 21st Century Classics be liable in any way for any content, including, but not limited to, for any errors or omissions in any content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via this service.

You agree not to falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person, and that if the service is ordered for persons other than yourself, that you accept all responsibility for any negative reactions of said person to the service.

You acknowledge that Shirley Q Liquor and 21st Century Classics shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse deliver of services ordered for any reason, in which case a full refund will be made to the purchaser. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shirley Q Liquor and 21st Century Classics, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by you or any third party due to or arising out of services you order.

You also agree to indemnify Shirley Q Liquor and 21st Century Classics, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, partners, and employees from any liability, claim, or demand made by the individual you purchase the call for. You may record the call and make as many copies of the recording as you want, however you agree not to resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the service, use of the service, or access to the service. You agree that Shirley Q Liquor and 21st Century Classics reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Shirley Q Liquor or 21st Century Classics shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the service.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT: a. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. SHIRLEY Q LIQUOR AND 21ST CENTURY CLASSICS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. b. SHIRLEY Q LIQUOR AND 21ST CENTURY CLASSICS MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, BE TIMELY, OR ERROR-FREE, THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS. THERE IS NO GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THE TOS. YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT SHIRLEY Q LIQUOR OR 21ST CENTURY CLASSICS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF SHIRLEY Q LIQUOR OR 21ST CENTURY CLASSICS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE INCLUCING MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICE; OR ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE.

Notices to you may be made via email. The Service may also provide notices of changes to the TOS, but we are under no obligation to provide such notices. The TOS constitute the entire agreement between you and Shirley Q Liquor and/or 21st Century Classics govern your use of the service, superceeding any prior agreements. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the TOS shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the TOS is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the TOS remain in full force and effect.

If a client submits a customized message that Mrs. Liquor deems to be impolite or inappropriate in any way, we reserve the right to replace the message with we consider more appropriate. No refunds will be made under such circumstances. Shirley Q Liquor will make reasonable efforts to reach the person (client) for which the call was ordered. If said person is not available after three attempts to reach them, the service ordered shall be considered fulfilled. At Mrs. Liquor's discretion, additional attempts may be made to reach said person, but Mrs. Liquor is under no obligation to make more than three attempts.

If Mrs. Liquor reaches the client's voicemail, Mrs. Liquor may leave a 3-5 minute message, in which case the service shall be considered fulfilled. The purchaser may notify the client of Mrs. Liquor's call they are about to receive prior to actually placing the order, so that the client doesn't mistake it for a prank call and hang up prematurely. Should client hang up prematurely, additional attempts may or may not be made to complete the call, as the service ordered shall be considered delivered and complete.

No refunds will be granted for orders in which the purchaser submitted inaccurate information. Important! Ordering a call is a two step process - both the order form and the payment form must be completed! If the payment form is not completed the order will not be accepted.
